Due to the personal-use nature of perfumes and attars, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for clear photos and an unboxing video of the package and product.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective product sent by us.
